Welfare / Medical

St Lawrence Catholic Primary School is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child. Should your child become unwell, get injured or upset at school we have a very dedicated Welfare Team available to care for and support them.  Our Welfare Team are trained in 'Administering Medication in Schools' and have specific training for more complex needs.

If your child requires medication during the school day, please bring the medication, in original packaging with a prescription label, to the office and speak to Mrs Wigmore regarding the dose required and at what point in the day.  Parents can be assured that their child will be given their medication and looked after throughout the day.

It is essential that all medication kept in school is in date and we are informed of any changes to your child's medical needs.

If you have any further questions regarding your child's medical needs, please speak to Mrs Januszewska, via The school office.
